Decléor's Aromatherapy Balm's are 100% pure, and pre-blended to meet all of your well-being needs. Blended from the purest, first grade distilled essential oils, these oils and balms are penetrative, and therefore work deep within - reaching the blood and lymphatic system - to heal, nurture and restore your mind and body therapeutically.

Your Therapist will discuss with your how you feel before you get onto the couch. A Balm will then be recommended to best suit you and your state of mind - allowing you to get the most from your massage with us. Due to their purity, We recommend wearing your chosen balm for 24 hours after treatment to ensure maximum benefit.

Aftercare

• Rest / relax as much as possible after massage.
• Drink plenty of water - ideally up to 3 litres.
• Avoid stimulants - tea, coffee, alcohol for 24-48 hours.
• Eat light meals and snacks rather than heavy meals so your body can focus on eliminating, rather than digesting food.
• Headaches can be triggered post massage, especially if you are prone to these and /or migraines. Drinking plenty of water will help alleviate symptoms.
