Yes, our Peterborough salon has off-road parking available.

It depends on the treatment, however, there is a comfortable seating area outside, where complimentary refreshments are available for you to enjoy whilst waiting.

Should you need to cancel your appointment, 48 hours’ notice is required to prevent a charge.

A charge of 50% will be made if you cancel late (within 48 hours of your appointment), and 100% if you do not arrive for the appointment without informing us.

We do remind you via email and text of your appointment 48 hours beforehand and would appreciate it if you’d cancel as soon as possible, so we have every opportunity to re-fill the space.

Yes. Shower facilities are also available, with gowns, towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Yes. For every £20 you spend collect a stamp and once your card is completed, you get £10 off your next treatment booked.

Yes, we sell vouchers for any treatment or denomination. These may also be ordered online and posted to you for your convenience.

Whilst we welcome clients in wheelchairs, we must advise that there are steps and a gravel driveway leading to the salon, so manoeuvring a wheelchair may be difficult. Please call to advise should you wish to book and we shall endeavour to help you where ever possible.

Yes, all debit and credit cards are accepted, except American Express. There is a minimum payment of £10, otherwise a charge of £1 will be added to cover the cost of bank charges.

We run regular promotions which can be found on our Treatments page. However, we recommend subscribing to our email distribution list to be kept fully up to speed with what is going on!

We offer our senior clients (60 years or above) 10% off on weekdays only, between 1000 and 1300.

We have a Refer a Friend Scheme, where we reward you with £10 for every referral to redeem against treatments or products.

We also have our Cancellation Club, where subscribers will be text last minute availability and can save up to 20% on treatments at specified times.
