Can I book online?
Are all treatments bookable online?
All treatments are bookable online, except for Bridal Packages and courses of treatments – please call Rebecca on 07905 926902 to book.
CAN I EDIT, RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL BOOKINGS ONLINE?
Yes! All bookings can be edited, rescheduled and and managed via our online booking system.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, both our Peterborough and Apethorpe salons have off-road parking available.
Can more than one person have treatments at the same time?
It depends on the treatment, however, there is a comfortable seating area, both inside and out, where complimentary refreshments and magazines are available for you to enjoy whilst waiting.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Should you need to cancel your appointment, 24 hours’ notice is required to prevent a charge. We do remind you via email and text of your appointment 24 hours before and would appreciate it if you’d cancel as soon as possible, so we can re-fill the space.
Are there toilet facilities at the salon?
Yes. Shower facilities are also available, with gowns, towels and toiletries for your convenience.
Do you have a Loyalty Scheme?
Yes. For every £20 you spend collect a stamp and once your card is completed, you get £10 off your next treatment booked.
Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
Yes, we sell vouchers for any treatment or denomination. These may also be ordered online and posted to you for your convenience.
IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
Whilst we welcome clients in wheelchairs, we must advise that at our Peterborough salon, there are steps and a gravel drive, so maneuvering a wheelchair will be difficult. Access to Apethorpe is viable by wheelchair. Please call to advise should you wish to book.
Do you accept credit and debit cards?
Yes, all debit and credit cards are accepted, except American Express. There is a minimum payment of £10, otherwise a charge of £1 will be added to cover the cost of bank charges.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
Our opening hours are listed fully on the website in the Opening Times tab, where we have listed our opening hours by salon and Therapist.
How can I get discounts on published prices?
We run a monthly promotion. This is advertised on our Promotions page and can also be sent directly to you if you so wish - just email us to be added to our distribution list
(firstname.lastname@example.org). We also offer our senior clients (60 years or above) 15% off on weekdays only, between 1000 and 1600. We have a Refer a Friend Scheme, where we reward you with £10 for every referral to redeem against treatments. In addition to this, we have our Cancellation Club, where subscribers will be text last minute availability and can save up to 20% on treatments at specified times. Finally, we have our very popular Pick and Mix Packages, where you can choose either two or three treatments from a list at a discounted price, giving you savings of up to £34! How well qualified and experienced are the therapists at the salon?
All staff are qualified to NVQ Level 3 and above and have many years’ experience working in industry. More information can be found on the About Us page.
